Meaning/Origin of the Flag

The flag of Komi-Permyakia showed the colours of Russia, however in other sequence, in the middle added by a red perna-sign. That is the symbol of the Komi-Permyak people.

7th of October 1977 · conversion to the Komi-Permjak Autonomous Distict (Okrug)
