The flag of the ILO shows the initials of the name of the organization in an interrupted cogwheel, enveloped by the UN-typical olive twigs, in an UN pale-blue bunting. It is azure-blue and is defined as follows: Hex #4B92DB, RGB 75|146|219, CMYK 71|37|0|0, Pantone 279.

The in 1919 in coherence with e Versailles Diktat founded and since 1946 under contol of the United Nations working International Labour Organization is also known by it's English shortcut ILO. The international work office of the ILO has it's seat in Genf. The major jobs of the ILO are:
1st) advancement of social fairness
2nd) improvement of the work-terms and the live standard
3rd) advancement of economical and social security
